I've had great therapists/counseling here.My meds were a whole different issue. I'd been there for about 5 years, and only left late last year. I am reviewing now because I just found out that medication providers ignoring pharmacy requests/issues with RX, was only a River valley problem. I've been going here for years. On and off since I was a child. This is the only form of mental health care that is available via MassHealth. Just like my other doctors and medical professionals, I'm making the assumption people are being treated poorly because our therapy sessions are covered by health insurance unlike other patients. This place literally is the worst my fiancé has been trying to get a prescription for three days now and guess what nothing, and he is on benzodiazepines and his doctor decided to refill it even though it was due Leighton Kennedy his doctor did not refill it and left him high and dry, everyone was helpful Jackie, Yasmin, but he decided to be not responsible so we will file a complaint for medical negligence, leaving a patient with no meds is not something you do and can be life threatening
