Be very careful if hiring Tyler to appraise your property. I live in Russellville but my house built in 2000's was compared to a 90 year old property in Atkins, killing deal after comps showed price was at average market price. I'm not sure this appraiser knows the area, as Atkins should have no effect on a property in Russellville. The rushed appraisal was done on a holiday for some reason when I had 6 extra people in a small house.
Called Tyler for a current and time of death appraisal. He very quickly and conveniently took care of me in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend him for any of your appraisal needs.

An Appraiser for the people! would recommend for any residential or commercial applications . If you see the owner out in public, buy him a beer and ask him about the scooters in downtown Russellville.
