Will came and put a part on my washer and charged $80+. It worked less than a week. He returned and leveled the washer stating they won't spin if unlevel. Ok, why didn't he level it when he replaced the part? Leveling didn't work either. Will refuses to return my calls or answer my texts. Save yourself and call Ken's Speedy Appliance instead. I will be leaving reviews on Angies List and BBB too.

River Valley neighbors! STOP looking for appliance repair any longer! This is your best solution. Called Will early afternoon and received a return call a couple hours later. He came out after 5pm and diagnosed the problem with my washer within 30 seconds. He then provided a free written estimate. He had the part in his truck and repaired the problem within 15 minutes. I called yesterday about my dishwasher and made an appointment for this morning. He was here on time, fixed it within a few minutes and didn't even charge me. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with River Vally Appliance sucks! Two months ago a guy came out and took a part of our oven to have fixed... We paid $362 in check. They cashed my check next day and I still haven't heard from them. They will not answer the phone or return calls. This is a bad way to run a business! If We ever get our money back... We will never use them again nor do I recommend anyone else too!

He does great work. Very reasonable on his prices for the parts he installs and then backs it up with a one year guarantee. Can't beat that. You won't go wrong calling him and letting him check out your appliances.

I've called them twice once for my stove which the part was as much as a new stove so I chose not to fix. I called again today because my freezer started clicking and defrosted he said he would be out this after noon sure enough he was and had my freezer fixed in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to use River Valley Appliance Repair when needed for my appliances. Thanks for the great work.

I've used them twice, once to fix a dryer and a second time to fix a dishwasher. They were fast to get here and did a great job both times. Reasonable charges both times. I will be using them again.

They responded quickly to my online questions and followed up with me promptly by phone. The repairs I needed were scheduled within a couple of days and I could not be happier! Thank you!!!!!
