THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE RIVER VALLEY APPLIANCE. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews. They may make house calls quickly, but that's where the customer service ends. If the initial repair doesn't work, they DISAPPEAR. We have an invoices from 7/30/2020 that states “1 yr Warranty on Parts & Labor.” That warranty is worthless if they don’t answer customer phone calls. They assured us they had ordered a secondary part and it would arrive soon. After waiting several WEEKS, we have called REPEATEDLY to get a refund becaus... read more
Just started a new business that my sister and I have been working for years to get it started he came to our place and took are money and has not been back and doesn’t man up and answer his phone I thought he was a nice guy but he ripped us off. I will never recommend him.
They are AWESOME!! They came quickly and didn’t cost a fortune! They needed a part but had it by the next morning. I’ll use them again if needed.
I highly recommend River Valley Appliance Repair. They install my oven and microwave along with reinstalling my dishwasher! Then my washer went out and they repaired it. Very friendly ,reasonable and fast service! Thank you RVAR

Repaired my dryer and did a great job! He had to order my part but came back the next day and fixed it and gave us a year warranty on the parts. Thank you! Five stars!
This guy is a thief and a piece of crap.
Will Stewart took over $500 from a older couple I know. This was for a part for a microwave. Called someone while he was there and said to use their debit card to order part. This was in May 2019 and when they called him several times after "the part was supposed to be order" he said he was just waiting for it to come in. Here it is almost August and he will not answer phone call and when they looked back on credit card statement it showed the $500+ went to a square card device with his name on it.
