My 3 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed this morning. Dr. Dellacono is so friendly and informative. The entire staff is amazing. Laura got us all prepped and she was really great working with my extremely hangry son. Post-op Jenn primarily took care of us and I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. Seriously, the whole team made a generally nerve-wracking experience feel completely comfortable and smooth ❤️
i had a second shoulder surgery,same shoulder this passed thursday.to me the nurses were fantastic.they were so accomidating to anything i needed
I am not a fan of this center. For a month they have had my medical history and less than 24 hours before surgery they cancel and ship me to Yale. Thank you Yale for having the decency to treat me as a human being.
My 7 year old had surgery Tuesday. He got tubes in his ears and his adenoids taken out. Everyone at River Valley Ambulatory surgery center were awesome! They made Tristan feel comfortable, and were so good to him! All the doctors, Nurses, staff and the front desk staff were amazing. I'm very thankful to have had a great experience with my little man having surgery here. Thank you to all of them for the kindness and making everything go great! Thank you Dr. Allen <3
while the surgeon was competent, the entire process of scheduling, payment and billing has been nothing short of a nightmare. The billing department supervisor even hung up on me when discussing the content of a bill. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. If you have a choice, suggest you look elsewhere for services to be performed.
