Wonderful team of people who genuinely care! Very knowledgeable veterinarians who spend time explaining all the options. My parents dog has been a “client” of River Trails for 12+ years, and now I’m involved with caring for their pet and have had only excellent experiences with the kind caring folks here. Thank you!
Came recommended by Breeder and even though it was a 30 minute drive we decided to use River Trails. Staff and doctors were pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed caring. Yesterday, puppy was limping and in terrible pain. When I called River Trails I was told they had no appointments yesterday or today. The receptionist did not even act concerned. Nor did she take info and have vet call back to check up. This is not how you keep patients and this one is definitely gone.
Everyone at River Trails is incredibly friendly and treats your pets like one of the family.
For the last 19 rs. even before Dr Cox retired... we've adored Dr. Lynn Key. The desk staff is the best... especially Ashley is phenomenal ♡ Our animals are well taken care of...wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks from Mac, Payton & Reeses.
By far the most knowledgable and compassionate staff for a vets office I've ever experienced. So glad we have them to take care of our fur babies!
