It can be nice. But it just depends. Our ac went out 3 times in one month, our dishwasher door fell off and they told us it was fine, said they’d send the maintenance supervisor out, never did and send us a email saying they fixed it. We have water leaking from upstairs. Water occasionally comes out of our electrical socket in the bedroom. Called them once about ac and they never came out in atleast 2 days. Never fixed it. It could be a great place if they’d stop being so cheap with everything.
Don't fix anything but want their money on time. Even maitenence says they have told them theres a block in the attic and the management staff has yet to do anything. Will be calling the health department.
The staff here rivertrace is very respectful understanding.

Lazy ass ppl work in the office they don't want to fix anything but they want that rent on time am call BBB on there ass and code enforcement
These apartments are a real joke nothing gets fixed in these apartments I have issues going on right now and they won't fix them I have a mildew,musty smell inside my a/c unit and I can't get rid of the smell and then I have a clogged up toilet and the sewage is all stopped up outside my patio door and they don't seem to care what goes on inside these so called nice apartments yea right!!!! Don't rent from these people and pass the word on to others thanks!
