Set up a viewing for this morning at 9:30 but no one showed up. I called and got their answering service the first 2 times. Waited and tried again only the be hung up on multiple times. Shady, shady and no wonder the rating is so low!
If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. The ladys that manage the office are very respectful, friendly and when a justified mistake is made, very willing to make things right if a situation calls for it. I am grateful my daughters choose these apartments as their first home out on their own. They always felt safe and things were always taken care of when needed to be. The superintendent at Stanford is responsible, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend River Towns Properties.
Been trying to find out the size of the studio. No one seems to know!
Heater was broken all winter, apartment wasnt cleaned when we moved in. Charged for normal wear and tear on screens less than 1 inch worn space on a north facing unit, for not cleaning the stove which was substantially cleaner than when we moved in. Friendly rental staff but not maintenance staff.
