I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent 7/31/25 experience with River Town Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine brake service. Instead, I was put in a highly dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation due to the shop’s gross negligence. After picking up my car, I didn’t even make it three miles down the road before two out of four wheels came completely off.
