I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent 7/31/25 experience with River Town Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine brake service. Instead, I was put in a highly dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation due to the shop’s gross negligence. Horrible experience! Took my car in to have wheel bearings put on where I receive the car back after one week with AC and radio not working! Shop called to tell me that the car is ready, I go to get into the car and crank up not only is my car Disgusting as if someone drove it all week ,radio and AC not working Claims is not their problem! it was working when it went into their shop so they have no accountability or responsibility for what happened to my vehicle.
