Parking is an issue but it is downtown so it is what it is, I miss Rick, the former on site guy who towed cars who were not supposed to park there very quickly, not sure if those cars still get towed or not but I have seen more cars park there that should not be there. But overall it is a pretty nice place to live. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, Very affordable, friendly staff, and has a fantastic location!

Absolutely love living here. The view and location are incredible, and Glenna is awesome to work with. The apartments are quiet, and you can’t live anywhere else downtown this nice, for the same price. Highly, highly recommend.
I enjoy River Tower very much because of its location in downtown right on the bank of the Big Sioux River and the bike trail. Also near local downtown shopping and restaurants and near Falls Park as well.
