They are building a home in Missouri ave and I am neighbor to that house. Their workers are accessing our side yard without heads up and they broke our fence twice. They also ruined the side yard, made it mudy with lader holes. They also throw nails and wood in to our property, we have our cousin kids running around. They also leave all saw dust and debris outside which flows into our backyard and into our home. please stop this behavior.
My opinion is, don’t trust anything their sales people say. Especially a guy named Joe.
We rented this place. The stairs are falling quickly. Which it about tree flights. The front door was kicked in at some point. They screwed it back together. No screens on main floor and window locks broken or barley holding on. . No smoke detector on the first floor. Every door but the main door is unlocked. No smoking yet have an ashtray of butts. I can’t speak on their homes as much, since we didn’t purchase our home with David Weekly. But we did purchase a house next to theirs. As they were building their home, we had just finished landscaping our side yards with river rocks. Their building contractors ruined our landscaping by putting heavy equipment on it, throwing things down onto our side of the home, and getting mud on it.
