My family and I lived at River Springs for the 2022 year. While the community and the complex itself is great, our experience was mixed. We never stayed in an apartment before, so we wanted to give it a shot. But transitioning from a house to a discounted basement unit was challenging. We had loud neighbors above us with a dog, and we also encountered a couple cockroach appearances- both unalive, one in our apartment and one in the hallway. Very comfortable very clean very spacious with lots of extras on the side (like the pool)
We have lived here for three years and we absolutely LOVE IT! The management and maintenance folks are so A++. It's very quiet and beautiful.
Do not recommend!! Lets start with government id. To request aphotocopy of an individuals government id is understandable, confiscation is not. Skeptical about this i asked question. I also do not know the individuals name who gave us the tour. Lacking on proffesionalism. After three viewing parties determined it was not worth the arguement and hand over our drivers license we commenced the tour. Decent floor plan, nice amenities. I have lived here for some time now and from day 1 its has been nothing a pleasant experience. Such a friendly professional group, mgmt and staff! Beautiful property and professionally ran. Pretty quick response to maintenance requests, Highly recommend.
