Went in search of a sleeping mattress for my son's upcoming Boy Scout camping trip and the gentleman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and got me squared away quickly. Then I was told that Boy Scouts get a discount on camping gear which is awesome. Thanks ya'll!

I purchased a Yakima Skybox Pro right before Christmas and a piece of hardware on the box broke the other day. Not having the part in stock, Joseph Clark pulled the part off a Skybox that was in inventory for me. When the part he ordered comes arrives in 10 days, he will just return it to the Skybox on the showroom floor. He could have easily ordered it and asked me to come back and get it, but he's smarter than that. It's the little things...and I'll keep coming back. Thanks River Sports.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Marmots lifetime warranty is a joke. Mike in warranty, Curly, and Sarah Miller ought to be ashamed of themselves for even mentioning 50% off a warranty Mica jacket. What kind of lifetime warranty is that? Lifetime warranty of the materials and not my I lifetime, thats crazy. As a multiple thru-hiker and 4000 plus miler Marmot really let me down. Thank you can Outdoor Research, Vargo, Jansport, and Darn Tough socks for having awesome customer service and unconditional lifetime warranties.
