Probably the smoothest transaction I've ever had. From dealing with Melissa on which motors to get, the best price of any dealer I checked with, to their service departments professional installation of my gauges and motors over all a very good experience.
I bought a Yamaha Viking from these guys. Was talked into this cheezball eagle winch ( just as good as warn) I was told. Well here I am out in the woods which it and what do you know it breaks right in half. Haven't hardly used the winch and it only a year old. I will not ever buy accessories from these guys again. Lower peninsula Powersports is where to go for great service great people and parts!!
I drove from Wasilla to Soldotna for R&S deal on boat engine. Service made me wish I lived closer! Great folks from beginning to whenever!
My dad called to ask about buying a 4 wheelers, $15,000 cash. The 1st phone call a guy answers and before my dad could even tell him what he was calling for he was put on hold for 15 min. So he calls back and they picked up the phone and just hung up. So he calls for a 3rd time, they answer, my dad asks if there is a bad connection or something, THIS GUY SAYS WE'RE BUSY AND HANGS UP ON HIM!! OK he will take all his business and cash TO Anchorage then. Jerks!!!
Where we need to retrieve what plastic hose broke whole filling gas into the fuel tank.
Horrible customer service from "Mark". I love yamaha but just talking to that guy makes me want to sell the yamaha and go to suzuki where they are actually helpful and not rude
