I have lived here for about 6 months. I love it here. The staff is friendly and quick to solve any problems tenants have. Location is very convenient and affordable. The apartments are very comfortable. I can't wait for the pool to open. It is also children friendly. If looking for a new place try here! I also love the large windows. This place has gone under new management and been cleaned up greatly.
Tinkerbell loves all the doggies here at River.Run and I love how quiet it is around here at River.Run and I really appreciate the New Managers Professionalism and Prompt Responses! Don't want to forget the wonderful maintenance man Mr. MIKE FOR BEING SO NICE AND GREETING TINK WITH LOVE WHEN HE FIRST COMES IN TO WORK SO SHE STOPS BARKING WHEN STANDING HER GROUND AND GUARDING HER MAMMA!!. Don't move here they will still your deposit and charge you for normal where and tear
New/newer management attempting to clean up old mess, doing very poorly on the "customer service end", new vinyl flooring in most units, no AC built in, but electric heat, community area grills/pool, areas for dogs to walk within the complex as well as a baseball field next to them. If the property management was actually consistent it might be a pretty good place to live for now it's still worth avoiding. I've been living here for while now, and I can safely say this apartment is very bad. Its really small and it has mold and it even had roaches at one point, and some people that live here are actual crackheads (Not saying everyone that lives here are like that) But we had some horrible neighbors and the office didn't do anything for so long until they had to.
