The people who did reviews saying roaches yes there are, but guess what when nasty residents don't tell management about them and would rather live with the roaches because they are nasty people what is management supposed to do? And as far as garbage again, when residents just let their kids throw garbage everywhere and don't make them clean up after themselves what is management supposed to don't?? I’d like to warn others about the dangers of living at this apartment complex. The apartment is filthy and dirty, and the management does not care about their tenants. For the past month , there was a foul and rancid smell coming from the third floor. We complained to management multiple times, but they did nothing to investigate. We eventually found out that the smell was coming from the rotting dead body of one of the tenants. This is just one example of the many problems here. Washer and dryer never work. They barley clean the apartments and recently rats and roaches have been spotted inside the building. The builder managers needs to do better
