very high price for food. I don't mind paying but quality was horrible
We went to River Rock after looking for places with decks in the Monmouth area. The view was amazing, the food mediocre and the service was horrible. Our waitress passed our table several times - two glasses on the edge of the table waiting for refills and continually walked by us. Even though it's currently outside seating all the employees must forget window panels separate them from the outside world. Sat on the back deck overlooking the water. Food was good. Service was great.
