Dental Cleaning Staff is courteous and willing to work with individuals without insurance. This last visit was more painful than normal. The electric instrument was used without regard if I was in pain or not. I probably will not return to this office.

Quick Turn-Around My grandchild had an issue with a crown that came off. She thought her tooth fell out. The day we let riverrock dental know, they say her in the afternoon. It was good for her to be seen so quickly. She was very sore and complained of pain after her appointment. She refused to try to eat but managed a tiny bit of food. She was given ibuprofen and she fell asleep very quickly. I appreciate the fast response time.

Fear Free and Pain Free Visit The dentist is my least favorite doctor's office to visit. Riverock Dental has made going to the dentist a comfortable and pleasant experience. This is the first time I've been numbed and not needed extra medicine during a procedure. I did not feel any of the drilling that occurred which is a first for me. The hygienist listened when I explained the need for extra numbing medication. She voiced that she also needs extra numbing medication too.
