CLEANING APT I was very happy with the appointment she did a good job cleaning my teeth and polishing. I like coming to River Rock.

I was assisted by two staff members including the dentist. All had great attitudes and the office was very welcoming. My dental hygienist was very nice and professional.

Tooth extraction Never had this before. Options well explained by the dentist before. I personally would have liked more explanation during the procedure. (The anesthetist did an excellent job of this. ) Staff was friendly. I was taken back at the end by the cost. This was not clear when we set up the appointment. The scheduler insisted she had hand written the cost on the treatment plan but I checked at home and nothing was there. She is going to rebill the insurance. I would say I was satisfied with the experience.
