AWESOME - STAFF COURTEOUS AND ATTENTIVE SHARING THAT I HAD THE FLU AND HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE MY APPTS. A COUPLE OF TIMES, EACH TIME I CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS NO CHARGE, 7/23 I WAS SEEN STAFF WAS VERY CONCERN FOR MY HEALTH, WORKED WITH ME IN MAKING ME COMFORTABLE AND I WAS GIVEN THE VIP TREATMENT. THANK YOU RIVER ROCK STAFF AND AS ALWAYS MY DENTIST IS AWESOME.

Getting email reminders for my appt is super convenient. Everyone in the office is so nice. I drive from Yakima and it's only a 20 min drive, and there may be offices closer, but the service is worth it!
