Loved the building itself, and the people, including the doc, were super nice and personable. I didn't even know they were there until we needed to find an emergency appointment after hours one evening. It's where we'll be going from now on when we need vet services.
Excellent service, vet, and staff!!! Went for emergency services on the weekend and I am so grateful they were there for my Molly!!
We absolutely love the River Rock staff! They are wonderful with our 2 year old pitbull and excitedly greet her by name when we arrive for her "mani/pedi". The staff is so welcoming and they don't make our pup nervous like some other vets we have tried. Prices are the best in town and the quality of care cannot be matched. You can tell the staff truly care about your pet. Every employee is a TRUE animal lover and it SHOWS!
All the staff are friendly and compassionate. They all greet my Gizmo with a smile and make us feel very welcome. Dr. Schad and the tech are great! They take great care of our Gizmo, taking the time to explain everything they are doing and ways to help Gizmo feel better. I took him in this week with a very large lump on his back. Dr. Schad was so nice in explaining what she thought it was, how to administer his medicine and what to watch for. She made me feel a little less scared for my baby.
What a friendly, thorough and efficient staff! Clean and bright environment and I loved the thoughtful touch of lighting a salt lamp at the front desk when someone is losing a pet, what a nice way to let everyone know

My Breah an only child fur and human, developed a lump on her side. Dr. Schad looked at it, tested it and had to tell me it was a mast cell tumor. She had surgery the next day to remove the lump, Dr. schad Is amazing. I was a hot mess when she told me, I spoke to her that night because I was so hysterical I didn't hear anything she said. my biggest fear is that Dr. Schad will move her practice some day, maybe to be closer to family and there is not one vet that compares to her.
