Would not recommend. Called there Saturday because of an potentially concerning issue with our dog. Said they were not seeing dogs due to covid exposure. Which I understand. What I don’t understand is why not notify your clients??! They also had zero advice on what to do, and no compassion. We will be switching vets.
Awful service. Wouldn't give me the time of day. will never be returning or recommending. Good Luck staying in business with that kind of attitude.
RecommendedDr. Laine Adams and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I love that they offer THOR laser therapy which is a drug free alternative to help our fur baby. We have been so pleased with the loving care they have provided our Ruby 🐾🐶
Went tonight on an emergency visit close to closing time. They stayed late and took great care of my baby.
I cannot express how pleased I am with the service Dr. Adam's provided my little guy Shakey. She went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for being there for my special friend.
I took my cat there about a month ago for peeing all over and having stones when he goes, and they said he had anxiety/depression! Took him to another vet & Turns out he does have stones and he’s fully blocked and is now dying! They could have prevented this outcome. But now our family is crushed thanks to them

They helped my puppy and I this weekend when my puppy was having some serious issues that I did not know how or what to do with... Jedadiah is now back to being a Happy healthy 8 week old lab💜🐾❤️🐾Thank you River Rock, I and Jeda look forward to seeing you again for Jedas puppy well checks. P. S. Jeda loves the Squeeky toy you sent him home with and it is the first toy he has found the squeeker🤣
We called on River Rock when our beloved 12 year old lab quickly became ill. They were not only able to see her, but they got us in within three hours on a holiday weekend. Dr. Adam's and staff were kind and compassionate and treated us as though we had been customers for years. We cannot thank them enough and hope we can call them "our" vet in the future.
Dr. Adams and the staff have been fantastic during this time. It's a bad time for anything to be sick but they are taking care of my baby great. Definitely recommend them!
