The staff here is caring and animal friendly.
Wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable! I was able to get my pet in right away and they did everything they could to help us out with a very difficult diagnosis.
Dr. Carter is amazing. My bunz will never see another vet in their lifetime. She is smart, compassionate, listens, and has brought two of my house bunnies through some trying times, and they are doing great. Dr. C, her staff. My precious Belle passed away. The staff at River Road treated her with care and compassion even in death. I received Belle back in a beautiful wooden box urn. They made a pottery casting of her adorable feet. They drew a sketch of her and captured her personality in it. They were so kind to her in her short life. I can't thank them enough.
This is an awesome vet hospital with a smart doctor, personable staff, great service and an excellent facility. I take all my pets here!
