Everyone has been so great with my bunnies that I can't thank you guys enough! I just wanted to say a big thank you for the sympathy card that you all signed for my sweet bun Clyde. I had tears in my eyes when I opened it! I wish you all had gotten to know him better since he was such a big sweetheart (Just think of Echo, but bigger. lol), but at the same time glad you never had to. Thanks again guys <3
DR. Carter and her staff are great. We have many fur kids and the staff at river road vet take care of them beautifully. DR. Carter did an excellent job eliminating Auroras skin problem(our rescued bull terrier mix). We couldn't be happier with our home town vet!!
Best vet in the area by far. I always recommend them to everyone. I've been taking my guinea pig here for years and we are always warmly welcomed, and Edgar is treated with amazing care by the staff. They always answer all my questions and make the best suggestions. Thanks for all that you do!
Great staff, and wonderful atmosphere even when your visit is not a happy one. Very nice people who I feel I can trust. P.s. Thank you so much for the lovely card signed by everyone in your office. We got it yesterday, the day before Reese's 10th birthday and it meant a lot to us :)
I have been to a lot of vets, especially for exotics. This is by far the best vet I have been to, and Dr. Carter is amazing! They have helped me so much with so many animals. I couldn't be happier, recommend them for anyone with pets. My experience has been with Reptiles of all sorts, birds, cats including treatment and detection for cancer, IBS, hyperthyroidism, etc. Another great thing is that the one time Dr. Carter got stumped, she wasn't afraid to suggest a second opinion, which in my book is the mark of a great vet. Dr Carter & her staff are awesome. They are my bunny fixers! My 7 year old unfixed male bun I adopted last year is my baby, I brought him in for a issue he was having, surgery was suggested. With older bunz its worry some to put them under. He came out with flying colors he is now fixed and his issue removed. Now to get him healed and back to his hoppy self. Very professional and compassionate care .. Even tho the outcome is not what I expected or wanted .. The vet made a very easy transition for my pet .. Over the rainbow bridge.
