We go back over 22 years with Dr. Chapman and Julie as family friends. For Barrett's 5th birthday, I decided it was time for pets. I called Doc. He had kittens and puppies so went home with his first cat, Stanley, and his first dog, Josie. All these years later, he is still our vet. In April of 2016, he very gently helped us come to the realization that, Bear, our beloved 13 year old Golden, was near the end of life. The best vet in town! They truly care about the well-being of animals and are always available to help. Dr. Dunn takes cares of my two pups as if they were her own. The staff is beyond kind and I couldn't be happier with their service!
Dr.Chapman and Dr.Dunn are amazing. My animals both dogs and cats have gone to this clinic for years. Both know health and behavior of animals. Have always had the best care. The love they have for animals is clear I wouldn’t trust any other clinic. Whenever we have had an emergency day or night they are always there for us.
River Road is an amazing veterinary clinic...Dr. Chapman and Jose always give my dog buddy the best, most personal care..they're very patient and work with his personality and fears..highly recommended!
Big thanks to Dr. Chapman for taking care of us and our sweet Alex this past Saturday. Dr. Dunn and other staff members also really encouraged and cared for my son through the process. I've been coming here for a very long time and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr Chapman, Dr Dunn, Jose, the front desk staff, everyone we've encountered there have been terrific. They cared for our dog at the end of her life with love and compassion, and continue to care for our cat. I can't imagine a better place to care for our critters.
This place is amazing. The love they have for animals is so clear to me every time I go here. I got my dog from this vet when her litter was abandoned and she's gone here ever since. I can't imagine her going anywhere else.
