Rip off Live there three years nothing was ever done you put in a slip for maintenance they never come paid our rent on time every month then we move out we don’t get no security back but $65 when we moved out we cleaned up the apartment wasn’t a mess nothing was tore up they charged us $150 for cleanup What cleanup they had to do they move people in two weeks after so it wasn’t that much cleaning up to do all they had to do was paint like they supposed to and pull up the carpet so what the hell did they clean up for 150.
Worst The apartments are horrible they don't fix nothing they give you used furniture so when you leave they can charge you its roach infested moldy no type of help management sells drugs mantnace doesn't fix anything I have kids scared to cut the lights out Roach's in brand new toys. gun violence not really upgraded housing
Worst management ever! This place is a decent place to live but every since they replaced the old staff and property management company the place has gone down hill. The office is NEVER open maintinence NEVER fixes anything. Last year a couple apartments including ours AC units broke and it was almost 3 months before they fixed it. They also promised to give fans to the households with out air condition but never did. Older but Nice I moved to River Road in the spring of 2015. Although it is an older community River Road has its perks. It is now under new management and the new company took over the beginning of this year. I personally enjoy the location of this property because it is centrally located to shopping and schools. It is country living with city convenience.

Worst Ever!! This is the most horrible apartments I have ever lived in. They are infested with roaches, the maintenance man who was working here when I moved here was going around telling people that he had bedbugs. The apartment I live in is a downgraded apartment and it fell apart within the first 10 months of living here and now they trying to charge me for all the damages.
