Flooding and Theft The parking lot in back floods all the time. They have car break-ins and thefts all the time. BEWARE. They have done nothing to improve conditions.

DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL. I MEAN IT!!!! Let’s start by saying they shouldn’t even get this one star.They have black mold and head of maintenance wants to paint over it instead of fixing the problem. Plumbing is terrible in all apartments to the point it comes out of the tub. You have to constantly put in work orders because things are constantly breaking down and needing to be fixed. Great Professionalism! The staff was very caring and considerate. They provided excellent service and guidance. The complex is quite beautiful and neighborly.
Great place to live I been living here for 5 years now and I truly do love this place. The staff here makes you feel welcome when you first come and also any questions or concerns you have they make sure to reach out to you. Maintenance always on point for whatever you need and never takes them long to come and fix the problems. The leasing office they’ll go above and beyond to make sure everybody is straight and okay. Coming here you won’t be disappointment.
Great management I have lived here for a few years and have enjoyed my time. The manager Theresa is so kind and helpful and makes time to address any issues I have had.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE The landlord/property manager is very sketchy and the property is falling into trash. Paint chipping off everything,it looks like they just paint over it the cheap way and the bathrooms are filled with mold. There isn’t a washer and dryer in unit and the laundromat in the complex is more expensive than the ones down the street.
