I would not have posted, but saw some other people who had similar issues with this pharmacy and it looks like mine wasn't an isolated experience. Used to be my pharmacy, and I was very grateful for their service, especially the compounding pharmacy. They seemed somewhat disorganized at times and there were some errors in my prescriptions, which we worked out amicably. Okay so never fun to talk about digestive issues. But I have to take this 1 time to talk about number 2. Keeping things moving can be more work than we any it to be at times. And I asked Jeannie Marr and her peeps at Creswell and River Road Health Mart Pharmacy If they could recommend their number 1 product to help with my number 2 problem. I have been Using the solutions RX Digestive Wellness for 2 weeks now and out of the last 52 weeks of the year the last 2 weeks have been the best. This is THE best pharmacy in Eugene! Friendly, professional and always helpful.
After trying local pharmacists off and on for over a year to get a prescription filled (couldn't be made with cherry flavoring) and getting nowhere, we tried River Road Health Mart. We were tense. And there was a misunderstanding that occurred. Notwithstanding, the pharmacist bent over backwards to fill the prescription... and did so at his loss. We are greatly humbled. My wife at last has her meds. We thank God for River Road Health Mart Pharmacy and their staff!
