I was hired by MVesting’s owners, Jason Miller and Cory Sauvageau, and could only handle working for them for about a month and a half. In my experience, they run their parks in ways I found highly unethical and disturbing. They attempted to remove us from our home, but the court ruled in our favor. I also reported to Texas DEQ after being instructed to pour lime down sewer drains, something I believe to be improper and unsafe. Keep your eyes open. Do a check in. Do a check out. Be thorough. Look over your lease very carefully, make sure that the length of the lease is what they advertised. Know your rights and take lots of pictures to protect yourself. Get copies of everything in writing. I would also advise anyone to talk to a few neighbours at the park before moving in. I haven’t met one person who was happy with their decision to rent from MVesting LLC.
What a horrible place! Owners ripped us off!
