Tina took my call after AAA was going to send someone from Otego for a dead battery in Norwich. Tina successfully initiated a 3-way call with AAA to ask them why they are telling customers that River Road Auto does not participate with AAA and she got me the help I need much quicker! Tina was an absolute gem and I love her professionalism and spiciness! Two guys came out and had the vehicle jumped in a very reasonable amount of time.
