Very friendly, proffesional staff
Dr. Neely was amazing, my initial appointment was well over an hour! This facility really took the time to not only make my dog feel comfortable, but also promptly addressed all my concerns during the appointment. An appropriate treatment plan was made and I look forward to seeing the results. Thank you so much!
The team at River Road is simply outstanding. What started as nothing short of a nightmare for my family soon turned into a feeling of hope and relief. After being turned away by our own vet and being told we wouldn't be able to see her for days, we were frantic. My boy needed emergency surgery and couldn't wait days to be seen. This clinic was extremely patient with my large, somewhat aggressive, mixed breed dog. They took the time to get to know her and they didn’t overcharge which was nice. Highly recommend.
