On May 6, 2026, while away, we had to rush our dog in for emergency care. Unfortunately no vets in the immediate area were able to take us in, we called River Road Animal Hospital and told them our dog was in desperate need of care and the circumstances surrounding it. Without hesitation they told us to bring him in right away. I cannot believe how quick they were to first assess him, work on him, followed by explaining the after care. Great and friendly service
I've know Dr Kelly for almost 40yrs and she's a great Veterinarian. Super nice person and our needs have always been met until the past 6 months. We've felt our bills seemed very high as has many friends of ours who use RR vet . I've asked twice to speak with Dr Kelly about the recent increases. Both times reception said management will be getting in touch with us to no availability. Definitely dissapointing as we have always thought highly of Dr Kelly and her team. Disappointed, Rick n Susie.
Great pricing. Kind staff, I felt like the examine was thorough, left with medication and my pups problem cleared right up!
