From front door to exit. Superior service, answered question, kept us informed. Was so glad the ice packs sent home🥰 and leg wraps. Made a tough time enjoyable.
I’ve had two surgeries at River Ridge Suites — one in March and one more recently in May. The care I received both times was excellent. My surgeon and the team were professional, kind, and made me feel at ease. The facility is clean and well-organized, and I would definitely choose to have surgery here again because of how smooth the process itself was. The biggest issue I had was with billing. My wife had knee replacement by Dr Alex Sweet and his team at River Ridge Surgical Suites and they are great!! Friendly and highly professional, I highly recommend Dr Sweet and River Ridge Surgical Suites.
I will never go to River Ridge again for any surgery. I am supposed to have surgery on Tuesday they called me today asking for my full deductible up front. I said there is no way I could pay almost 4 grand up front with a 4 day notice. I was willing to pay 50% of it up front. They transferred me to the manager, Shondra, who was over the whole facility.
