You guys were AWESOME today. I came in to get a new cartridge for my shower and had no idea what I was doing beside some YouTube videos. Your staff helped me from start to finish. You even loaned me the tool I needed to pull the thing out rather than trying to sell me it for one use. You are what hardware stores use to be (and SHOULD be).
