The doctor and nursing staff were very professional and friendly and I received excellent care. However, the front office staff lacked any friendliness or understanding. When investigating why I was charged for labwork with a non-participating provider (of my insurance), I was told authoritatively (no "I'm sorry this happened") that it was my responsibility to have asked what lab would be used and to make sure that my insurance would cover it.
