They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Most of their staff were friendly. I was fairly satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Only thing is the waiting time is usually very long. There are a couple of times I have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to get to see the doctor.

Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I had to wait a little while to see Dr Clapp but now I understand why, she's wonderful! She spent time learning about me and my medical history since I was coming to her as a new patient and when all my questions had been answered, she did the exam...quick and painless, it was over before I knew it! I'll recommend her to everyone I know!
