They built a shared wall for my neighbor and I on my property and used 3 different kinds of blocks without my permission and then buried it with dirt so no one knew about it. Although it may have passed permits there were other options they could have used so it matched. A simple phone call to me the owner of the property would have told them they could have done free standing there that my rear wall would be the same. I can not say enough great things about River Ridge Builders! My spec house exceeded all of my expectations! The communication from beginning to end was excellent and the build went so smoothly without any interruptions! Their suggestions and creativity were top notch! Highly recommend!
These guys are amazing! I have seen so many videos online about builders and how bad they build the homes. River Ridge Builers and their project mananger Ed Jr have amazing attention to detail. We live out of town and they made sure we were in the loop throughout the whole process. Our home looks amazing I would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to build in Havasu.
