Typical paint over the problem and never fix it type apartments. Roofs will leak when it rains. Walls are paper thin. Front doors don’t seal to the frame. Maintenance issues never get handled. Your “views” are a homeless camp, a truck loading dock, or constant construction. You’re charged monthly for services that aren’t provided. You hear every train, ambulance, fire truck, and police car in Augusta. Dog feces everywhere. Management is dishonest.

The asset has been fantastic, especially since the new management took over. Matt, our onsite manager, is incredibly helpful and cares about the community. Joe the maintenance guy is quick to fix issues when they come up.
The new property manager is great and always looks out for me. I ran into a string of bad luck a few months ago and he was very gracious and understanding. Also helped me resolve a problem I was having with some loud neighbors. Awesome job!!!
