All the 1 star reviews are correct. My apartment has had a Mouse infestation in our kitchen since April 6th and after multiple maintenance requests, phone calls, voicemails, office visits (but the office says Closed Until Further Notice from Management), emails, formal certified mail letter, literally every single way to get into contact with them, I haven't heard a single peep back. Actually horrible. I set up a viewing and there were multiple confirmations sent via email, which I responded to. I get to the apartment complex and I am met with a note saying the office is closed until further notice. Casey, the leasing agent NEVER showed up to our scheduled appointment and I called the number Lisa gave me, and I got no response. I moved into this apartment in February 2026, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing; primarily due to ongoing maintenance issues. Shortly after moving in, my refrigerator stopped working. I submitted a work order right away, but it took nearly three weeks for it to be replaced. During that time, I lost all of the groceries I had purchased. I even provided my receipt showing the purchase date, but I have not received any update regarding reimbursement.
