Good people; you can't go wrong with this group.
Dr. Bullard has been my dentist for as long as I can remember. I am guessing I started seeing him when I was 15! Let's put it this way... Dr. Bullard is so good that my NINETY YEAR OLD grandma drives up from Mobile to see him... NINETY!! We love Dr. B and through my career, I am able to recommend him to newcomer families because of how much I trust him!
I've was a Management Consultant for 30 years doing 12 - 18 month long projects for 80 national & international companies. River Region Dentistry is as good and in many ways better than any of the 80 companies I worked with; mostly due to the efficiency of the company and proficiency of the people who managed to make me feel at home by anticipating my needs and making my visit with the "Dreaded Dentist" a pleasant rewarding experience. I called to cancel my appointment because I had a very bad cough and congestion, and the person who answered the phone informed me that she wouldn't charge me a $20.00 cancellation that time. In my opinion, that was very unprofessional. I have been a patient for many years, and I believe that I at least deserve to be treated politely and professionally.
Dr. Bullard and his staff truly care about their patients. You can see and feel their affection toward everyone they serve. I appreciate Dr. Bullard’s knowledge and expertise as well as his thoughtful approach to dental procedures. He always takes the time to explain what is needed and to answer patients’ questions.
