The doctor himself was wonderful but his staff is unorganized and unprofessional. I need a form sent to my insurance before they will fill my medicine well it's been a week and it has yet to be sent. When I finally got someone on the phone at the doctors office I was told it may be another week before its done. The pharmacy says its only one short form and she's NEVER seen such a problem getting it done.
