dr. guard needs to be fired. When the patients report breathing problems from the medication prescribed...especially the side effects relative to medication causing life threatening conditions. sending patients with limited benefits to clinics where each doctor talked to/seen on same visits is taken as separate doctor visits thereby causing the disabled, low income people to exceed their yearly number of paid visits and beyond...when the patient benefits are gone the facility participants are FORCED to pay for their services... read more
we have been here since 2 bc they said after 1.....it's 4 and me and him both with COPD and they won't let him in to see Dr!!
I really tried to give River Region a chance, like eight years of a chance but they suck ! They don't call you back, they don't keep up with medical records, they don't keep up with notes took between doctors and nurses about patients, they do not call in prescriptions when they say they're going to, they do NOT return phone calls, they do not answer the phone and even some supposed nurse coordinator will speak to you with arrogance sarcasm and in proper English
RecommendedI love the late hours, and the staff was very helpful! my daughter ended up getting sick in the lobby, and they jumped straight in to help this panicking momma! the doctor was very through, too.
When I called to make an appointment with Pediatrics for my foster child, they listed all of the items I needed to bring to the appointment with me. Today I drive from Prattville with all of those items. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that the child couldn’t be seen without having the medical records transferred and that I needed to come back Tuesday to the records department and fill out a request. This place SUCKS!!! Have to wait so long to see a doctor. I think they forgot I was here! It's worse than the ER!
Want to waste TWO HOURS and cost of visit ?GO THERE 😐then have some doctor not even check you out,be tactless and only put your prescription and still won't fill it GO TO THIS WASTE OF TIME place CROOKED AF
THEY DONT DO NOTHING HELP YOU IF U HAVE A SERIOUS ILLNESS . I HATE THIS PLACE THE DOCTORS MS. HOWARD AND MORE ARE FULL OF MESS
