A couple of times I visited the office of River Region Dermatology and Laser, I did not have the greatest experience. When I Arrived, there were two ladies at the front desk and neither of them welcomed me. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me and assist me. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I still waited an hour and ten minutes before the doctor saw me. I started treatment at the beginning of August. They did a biopsy on my skin to figure out what the problem was. I was prescribed Dupixent. I had to make a trip to Montgomery to put my starter kit. It was handed to me, but I wasn't instructed on how to do inject myself. Thankfully my daughter in law is a nurse and she showed me the right way. The problem is that I'm now having bad reactions to the Dupixent . The rash is twice as bad as when I began treatment. I have tried to reach them on the phone, all I get is an answering... read more

Very disappointed—this was my first and last visit. I waited an hour in the waiting room, then another hour in the exam room before Dr. Love finally came in. When she did, she spent only 2 minutes with me, never examined my skin, and just looked up suggestions on Google—something I could’ve done myself at home. Total waste of time. On top of that, I had blood work done, and while my results came back a few days later, the office didn’t call me for an entire month to say everything was normal. I expected much better.

Nice facility. Nice staff. Disappointed that they fail to identify so many of my skin lesions when that's the purpose of the appointment.

Horrible experience. Made my appointment 6 months in advance, waited over an hour and a half and my name was never called. They misplaced my paper. I had to leave to go to work. Beyond unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Find somewhere else!
