Dr. Love was one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever been to.
The office is nicely decorated and all of the staff are welcoming
My mother had an appointment on October the 7th to get a culture of her upper lip. They were supposed to call back with the results which they never did. It is now November 10th. My mother has called this office at least a dozen times over the last couple of weeks with no luck. They keep telling her that they will leave a message for Jo but she never calls back. It is absolutely ridiculous that a doctor's office will not return the call of a patient who is trying to get the results of a test. You have been warned.
Asian or Asia who answers the phone exemplified professionalism as I kept giving her the wrong information. She remained calm and eventually I caught on and provided her with the right information. Thank you
I highly recommend River Region Dermatology & Laser. Dr. Love is absolutely wonderful & the entire staff exhibits knowledge, expertise, along with a genuine gentle & caring attitude. You never feel rushed. The atmosphere is calm & professional. Again, I highly recommend them!
