If I could leave zero stars, I would. Since this place bought out Mizzou CU it's gone to crap...NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! For a WHOLE WEEK I called to get my bank card unfrozen & not one person ever answered...EVER! They never called me back when I left messages, they never unfroze my card & now I can't pay bills, buy groceries or anything. I live 30 miles away from the damn bank & oohhh my, Lord bless them when I go up in there... Their service is absolutely the crap under my kids shoe...
The new name for River Region is Multipli Credit Union because two credit unions, Mizzou and River Region have merged together. They have become big and bigger. After merger, Multipli is still trying to adjust to the demands of their customers. I am sure they will do well because they provide excellent service. Employees are always smiling and ever ready to help.
