Horrible protocols waste of time!
They will literally let you have a stroke from being out of your blood pressure meds and they will never call you back. I called and left multiple messages and even spoke to somebody at the front desk and she also sent a message but still haven't had a return call. It's been 6 days since I started calling to get my meds refilled. My BP was at stroke level. I finally gave up did an online visit with a TeleDoc and got my meds filled. They also charge you for a specialist visit when you see the nurse practitioner. That has happ... read more
The staff is always helpful and ready and willing to answer your questions. Dr. Malik is great. He takes the time to listen and answer all your questions without rushing. Again, he's a great doctor.
