Everything about this place is great except its people. They should let you know in advance that this is basically a 65+ condo, they are not nice with young people and they do not hide it. Also, I would NEVER recommend signing with the realtor Bill McGuire, he kept my security deposit even tho the apartment was in the same exact shape I received it. DO NOT make a deal with that realtor, they will rip you off. Other than that, a great place to live.
