The sales and tech dept are great. I bought a new tenere( chad was very efficient, the sale was quick). After taking the bike home and riding it for a bit, the bike had a computer problem(obviously not riverrats fault but yamahas' - and yamaha is aware of this). Anyhow, the tech dept was very knowledgeable and helpful( andrew, noah etc).. And so far - It appears the problem is resolved. I enjoyed my interaction with everyone there.
Call to see if they can install a new inner tube back tire of my motorcycle too big of a job for a Saturday 9:00 Even if I bring in only the tire and rim.
