Had MRI at this clinic.Asked for total price of service before MRI,was told $350.- cash.When I came in to get results of test I was told it would be $250 for reading the MRI and they said they would bill me,okay.Never received a bill but I did receive a call from a very nice bill collector.When I ask what address he had mailed the bill to he responded by giving me a Tyler address ( all the info was correct but the Tyler portion,as I live in Mineola,Tx. ) so now I must pay the additional $250.- for the reading which they neve... read more
Great place to get an open MRI – I have been refered to them at least 4 times in the last 4 years. I called them today, 01/28/2010 and ask if they could locate imaging from approx. December 2007 or 2008 regarding MRI's of my Lft and Rt shoulder's. To my suprise the woman I spoke to was happy to help me. She is forwarding them to a Tyler Orthepedic Dr. , Today. Now that is a good place to have your Open MRI's done.
Avoid for billing errors – Quotes one cost and then comes back after procedure with inflated cost you must pay! Loses checks sent in until you pester them to look! Bad management overall. Avoid if you don't like chasing after billing errors!
