Community is being ran straight to the ground. Fee's are so random, office staff lacks customer service, rude, NEVER take accountability for their mistakes, ( its ghetto actually) Believe what you read here ( the "Good" reviews must be fake accounts) Rent or buy a house or even an apartment. Do not WASTE money on leasing a tiny piece of property that will eventually cost more then renting or even close to a mortgage payment. So many people are already selling to just get OUT and away from there!
