What a find! Great energy here. Overlooking the river, hot springs, in back lower level of a realty office. Excellent cold brew, and they will add cream, real cream! Great espresso as weak as dirty Chai. Breakfast kolache with sausage and cheese is delicious. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Large amount of western themed but tasteful merchandise. Sit on deck and listen to the river, enjoy the vibe. Sooo nice Most highly recommend Most highly recommend!
Our grandsons fav stuffed animal got left in our truck before we left for CO. We updated him daily of her adventures. This Dirty Chai was one of her morning treats.
I own coffee shops in S.Texas called Coffee Waves. I walked into this shop unexpectedly while walking the river and was incredible surprised. Staff, atmosphere, and coffee were exceptional. This will go down as one of my favorite coffee shops to visit when traveling. HIGHLY recommend.

GREAT coffee, honestly the best in town. Mountain Climber is literally the best smoothie in the work and has really healthy ingredients. The only reason I'm eating a 4/5 is because I ordered, two people in front, about 5 orders behind me, and I stood there waiting for literally 25 min, and at first I thought okay they are just busy.
