The neighbors are friendly. I like that the playground is in the center of all the apartments which is great for our girls meeting and making new friends. We love the pool in the summer time and the maintenance and caretakers are second to none!
lack of scheduling for renovation projects and general maintenance. lack of planning and foresight for snow fall events.
Affordability . The personnel are great. It's a community.

I’ve seen many improvements since I moved in 2013. I’m disappointed by the continued rate increases every year although I guess that is everywhere.
how we are in the middle of schools and shopping and restaurants close to downtown but not too close
