Pretty bad environment. The smell of marijuana through out the complex, every where. Management does nothing about it. Riverpointe will lock you in a 12 month lease in an apartment where they know there is heavy pot use and they will not warn you or try to communicate with you or the other roommates. Now that you are stuck with the lease they will pin anything that happens in the common area on you.
